This article will give information about the following topics:
A site leader role has the highest level of permission. They are given access to create and manage staff logins, add and edit children’s information, as well as to use the tool with participating children.
The teachers and educators have access to use the tool with participating children.
Note: If any another participating staff member requires a higher level of permission as an additional site leader, the main site leader will need to contact the Preschool support team to request this.
ACER recommends limiting the number of staff with site leader access to simplify the process for teachers and educators.
